Under the Hood

Redeemables

We are commercial intermediaries; we are an agency

Our company provides commercial intermediary services, more precisely — agency services, acting as a marketplace that offers a platform for selling rights to receive goods and services from our partners (principals). We act on behalf of the principal based on the relevant civil law contract (in our case, a public offer). It is important to note that, like other marketplaces, we do not engage in the direct sale of goods or services, but rather provide customers with the opportunity to acquire rights to receive them, which are legally secured and represent the partner's obligation to deliver the purchased goods or services to you.

We are more than a marketplace

Unlike traditional marketplaces, where such rights are automatically activated to receive goods or services, our platform offers a unique opportunity to manage your rights on a deeper level. The rights you purchase do not necessarily need to be activated immediately. You can postpone their activation or transfer them to another person (within a limited number of times). Don’t understand how this works? Actually, you understand perfectly! Every time you buy a ticket to a movie or theater, you acquire the right (to watch the movie or attend the concert). That paper slip certifies your right. As you’ve likely realized, this flexible functionality allows our platform to be used for creating gift cards, certificates, vouchers, coupons, and, of course, tickets, making it a versatile tool for various needs.

Every purchase through our platform means acquiring legally grounded rights to receive goods or services, confirmed by a special document that we provide to each buyer. This document is official proof of your right and can be used to present claims to the partner, if necessary. We call this document a Digital Universal Activatable (Redeemable) Document, abbreviated as DUAD in English — Redeemable or Redeemable Item. On the website, we simply call it a 'Document'. We strictly adhere to all legal requirements, ensuring the protection of your rights at every stage of the transaction. More detailed information on the legal aspects can be found in paragraph 3 of the Official Clarification of the Central Bank Council regarding point 'g' of part 1 of Article 17 of the RA Law 'On Payment and Settlement Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations' dated 23.09.2014.
